Explosive power is achieved through triple extension of the body. Triple extension will be the result of full extension of three joints: hip, knee, and ankle. When complete extension of those three joints occurs simultaneously and forcefully the conclusion strategy is explosive power. Explosive power is present in all athletic endeavors, from the football player coming over line to some jump shot in basketball to a tennis player changing directions to go back a ball.
2. Undertake program exercises that have previously proven being fitting and effective. Commence your training by conditioning the muscles involved with jumping. Perform all-embracing leg stretches. It is important to stretch your legs to the full in order to stimulate your muscle tissues since they are essential for the explosive training applicable to jumping.
